You will notice a ladybug woven into our brand as a deeply personal symbol of rebirth and resilience. It serves as a gentle reminder that even after life’s darkest moments, healing is possible. This symbol also honors the legacy of my grandmother, whose enduring strength and love continues to inspire the compassionate, premium care I strive to provide every single day.
Here, your journey is entirely unique, and we are dedicated to supporting you with an elevated, soft touch of luxury and expert clinical guidance. At Victory Behavioral Collective every client’s journey is unique, and every step towards healing is a VICTORY.

Meet The Owner
Aiereal Lloyd, APRN,PMHNP-BC
I’m Aiereal Lloyd, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 21 years of nursing experience spanning acute care, community health, rehabilitation, corrections, home health, medical-surgical nursing, and psychiatry. I also hold a CMSRN certification, which reflects my strong foundation in medical-surgical nursing and my commitment to understanding the full medical picture when caring for patients. Over the last several years, I have dedicated my career exclusively to mental health, caring for adolescents and adults with some of the most complex psychiatric conditions.
My experience has allowed me to care for individuals across nearly every stage of mental health treatment—from crisis stabilization and inpatient psychiatry to intensive outpatient programs, community mental health, and private outpatient medication management. This broad clinical background has given me a deep understanding that mental illness is rarely “just anxiety” or “just depression.” Every person has a story, and effective treatment begins by understanding it.
I also have advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health, allowing me to support women through pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, and motherhood.
My approach to care is rooted in looking at the whole person first. With my medical-surgical background, I prioritize ruling out underlying medical conditions before focusing on psychiatric diagnoses. Medication is never the focus in the first, second, or even third session. Instead, I take time to fully understand your history, symptoms, and experiences. When appropriate—and only when I determine it is necessary—we will discuss medication as one part of your treatment plan.
In every appointment, I provide supportive psychotherapy, ensuring that you are not only treated but also heard, educated, and empowered. I believe medication is one piece of treatment—not the entire treatment. My goal is never simply to prescribe medication but to understand what has happened to you, educate you about your diagnosis, develop realistic goals together, and create an individualized treatment plan that supports long-term healing.
Patients often tell me they appreciate that they feel heard. I take time to listen, educate, and collaborate rather than rushing through appointments. I believe trust is earned, and I work hard to create a space where patients feel safe discussing even the most difficult parts of their lives without fear of judgment.
As a BIPOC PROVIDER, I am especially passionate about increasing access to culturally responsive mental health care and reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness within underserved communities. Representation matters, and I strive to ensure every patient feels respected, valued, and understood.
Healing looks different for everyone, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re seeking support for the first time or continuing your mental health journey, I’m honored to walk alongside you.
